Biblical Context
Day and night continually speak, revealing knowledge to all; the sun's path reveals a divine order regulating creation.
Neville's Inner Vision
To me, these lines are not about distant skies but about the states of your own consciousness. Day unto day uttereth speech and night unto night sheweth knowledge; the two halves of awareness speak in the cadence of feeling. There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard; your inner weather speaks in the universal language of desire and belief, heard by the heart that will not be deceived. Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world: your assumed state sends a line of influence across every circumstance. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun: the sun is the radiant idea you plant in imagination, the light by which you measure every moment. Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race: your life brightens when you treat awareness as the joyful, victorious partner of your will. His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof: when you feel the heat of your assumption, nothing remains concealed in your world.
Practice This Now
Imaginative_act: Sit quietly and assume that day and night are speaking your truth; revise any lack by feeling it real that you already live in the order the sun proclaims. Feel the sun's heat of awareness warming every corner of life.
