Fire, hail, snow, vapours, and stormy wind are not external phenomena but the living symbol of your inner state obeying your 'word.' Psalm 148:8 teaches that the world responds to the command issued by your consciousness. When you linger in a feeling of abundance, safety, or success, you are issuing a word that the outer scene must fulfill. The wind answers because your I AM, your deeper self, has accepted the possibility; you have rehearsed the end in imagination until it is as real as the element that moves. Therefore the procedure is simple: entertain the end in quiet, feel the reality of it, revise any doubt, and remain steadfast in the belief that your command is already written into the fabric of the world. Do not seek permission from the outer. Stand in the interior throne where words become weather; when you are there, the world will comply.
