Happy Trust in God

Psalms 146:5 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Psalms 146 in context

Scripture Focus

5Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:
Psalms 146:5

Biblical Context

Blessed are those who trust God as their helper and keep their hope fixed on the Lord. Inner trust yields outer happiness.

Neville's Inner Vision

Let there be no confusion: the 'God of Jacob' is not a distant deity but the I AM within you—the awareness that can be trusted to act as your helper. Your 'hope in the LORD' is the decision of faith in that inner state, not a wish for things to come. When you recognize that you are already attended by divine order, your imagination begins to align with reality. In that inner basis, you discover a happiness that no circumstance can decrease, because you are no longer seeking from without but dwelling in withinness. The outer world rearranges to reflect the confidence of your mind; doors open, needs are seen, steps are guided by a quiet impulse that you call guidance. Practice is not groaning nor begging but assuming the state of fullness here and now.

Practice This Now

Practice: assume you are already helped—feel the I AM supporting you, and dwell in that assurance until it feels real. Let that inner confidence redraw your day.
