Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God looks down to see who understands and seeks Him; most have turned aside and become unable to do good. Salvation comes when God restores captivity to His people, bringing joy to Israel.
Neville's Inner Vision
From the moment you understand that the LORD is the I AM within you, you learn that heaven is a state of awareness, not a place far away. When you look down and ask, 'Do I understand and seek God?' you shift from outer judgment to inner alignment. The verse's sober claim that 'there is none that doeth good' is the world’s testimony when you forget your oneness; it is not your truth. The 'workers of iniquity' are the thoughts that eat away your peace; if you call not upon the LORD, you live in fear. Yet God is in the generation of the righteous—the moment you choose to align with your true nature. You have the refuge, the Lord, within you. Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion—inside you, Zion is the disciplined consciousness in which you dwell with God. When the LORD brings back the captivity of your mind, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad. The inner return is a revision of belief until you feel the I AM as your own life, here and now.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Close your eyes, repeat 'I AM that I AM within me now.' Then revise every lack into presence and feel the I AM lifting your mind back to Zion.
