Biblical Context
Verse 138:3–4 says that when I cry, God answers and strengthens my soul. It also foresees all the earth praising the LORD after hearing the words of His mouth.
Neville's Inner Vision
Your Psalm is a map of your inner life. The cry is not merely a plea to an external deity but a turning of attention to the I AM within. When you acknowledge the I AM as the sole presence, the answer comes as a shift of vibration, strengthening your soul's center, settling nerves, and awakening creative power. The kings of the earth are the many levels of consciousness within you—fear, pride, habit, desire—each ruling in its own chamber of your inner kingdom. When the inner mouth speaks the word of God, the atmosphere aligns with divine order, and these inner rulers submit to the truth you have imagined. Your inner deliverance, once realized, becomes a universal proclamation in your imagination and life. The outward praise spoken by the world is the translation of your inner state into manifestation: people, events, and circumstances reflect the reality you have assumed. So practice true worship: dwell in the awareness that the I AM is your only power, and your cry is already answered. The sense of lack dissolves as you live from the inner voice that speaks truth.
Practice This Now
Assume the feeling: I am already answered; my soul is strengthened. Then revise by imagining the words of God flowing from your inner mouth and seeing the outer world echo with praise.
