To the Neville mind, the LORD is your I AM awareness and the heritage of children is the inner birthright of your consciousness. The verse speaks not only of biology but of the inner seeds you plant with attention. When you acknowledge that you are the I AM, you birth conditions, relationships, and opportunities as the fruit of your inner womb. The 'heritage' is an inner estate you cultivate by feeling and imagining it as real; the 'fruit of the womb' are the tangible outcomes that spring from that seed—love, harmony, purpose, and blessing appearing in form. Providence moves through your consciousness to shape experiences according to your assumed state. If fear or lack arises, revise that state into a certainty of plenty, and let scenes of gratitude inhabit your chest. The awakening is to treat your inner world as a temple from which life flows; you are not waiting for life to happen, you are the birth of life through the I AM. Thus the divine gift is always within you, awaiting your recognition to become the visible world.
