Biblical Context
Psalm 118:21-23 speaks of being heard by God and receiving salvation. It also portrays the rejected stone becoming the cornerstone.
Neville's Inner Vision
Beloved, imagine that the I AM within you has already heard your call and has become your salvation. The words in these lines invite you to see that what was once rejected in your mind—the stone builders cast aside—has suddenly risen to the head of the corner, precisely where a strong foundation is laid. This ‘marvellous’ act is not somewhere far off in time; it is your present shift in consciousness. When you acknowledge that the Lord’s doings are unfolding as your inner life, you awaken to the truth that you are not waiting for salvation, you are its very source. Your awareness, that I AM, rearranges the image until the rejected thought, habit, or condition is crowned as your cornerstone. Practice gratitude, and trust the feeling that you are already heard and helped by the inside out. In this light, every apparent obstacle becomes a material for your inner architecture, and the miraculous becomes ordinary through your revision.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, assume 'I am heard; I am salvation now,' and feel it as real. Visualize the rejected stone rising to the corner of your mind as a strong cornerstone, and dwell in that gratitude until the feeling remains.
