Psalm 115:15 speaks directly to your inner state: you are blessed by the LORD who made heaven and earth. In Neville’s sense the LORD is the I AM within you, the awareness that holds all you perceive. Blessing, then, is not a distant favor granted to you by a far-off deity; it is your natural condition when consciousness recognizes its unity with the Creator. When you acknowledge that you are the created order by the I AM, your inner movements align with abundance, safety, and grace, and your outer life follows the cadence of that recognition. If you feel lack, return to the memory of the I AM and revise your self-concept: I am blessed now, for I AM the One who formed heaven and earth in my mind. Sit with that assumption till it feels real, then let your thoughts, feelings, and actions reflect this blessed state. The verse invites you to dwell as the blessed within the Father’s creative order, knowing that blessing is a present act of awareness, not a future permission from without.
