Trusting the Inner Aaron
Psalms 115:10 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Psalms 115 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verse invites the inner priesthood to trust in the LORD, recognizing the LORD as help and shield. It points to an inner trust that translates into protection in daily life.
Neville's Inner Vision
To the 'house of Aaron' I say: within you as the inner priesthood lies a throne of awareness. When you feel you must trust in the LORD, you are aligning your consciousness with the I AM and letting that awareness act as help and shield. Trust is not a future demand but a present state—a posture of mind that says, 'I am supported; I am guided; nothing harms my peace in this moment.' The 'LORD' becomes your inner supervisor, the 'shield' your sense of protection that does not depend on outward conditions. As you dwell in this state, outer events rearrange to echo your inner confidence. The more you feel it real, the more you see the world reflect a chosen trust; you are not seeking protection from life but enacting the protection of consciousness. Practice arises from imagination: you imagine you are already cared for and safeguarded, and that imagination becomes your reality. Remember, the LORD is the I AM within—your continuous awareness is the shield that never sleeps.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and dwell in the feeling 'I am the LORD, I trust.' Visualize a radiant shield of awareness encircling you, and step into your day as if already protected.
