'The generation of the upright shall be blessed' translates to a life that reflects integrity, harmony, and blessed outcomes since your consciousness is upright and nonresistant to truth. This is not a threat but a promise: your inner state creates your outer world. Realize the I AM at work as you imagine; know that imagination is the law by which you live. Your life is the direct result of the state you occupy within.
