Biblical Context
Psalm 110:1–4 presents an exalted state: sit at the right hand, rule amid enemies, and be made a perpetual priest. It expresses the heart's devotion to holiness and steadfast allegiance.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within you, the 'LORD said unto my Lord' is not a distant vibration but the I AM awakening to itself. When you sit at the right hand, you align with the throne of awareness that never shifts. The 'rod of strength' flowing out of Zion is the decisive impulse of your inspired self moving through your thoughts, ruling in the midst of inner conflict as you would rule in a battlefield of fears. Your people—the faculties and servants of your mind—become willing in the day of thy power when your consciousness yields to the authority you claim. The 'dew of thy youth' is the fresh energy of morning consciousness, pooling into your being. The oath that you are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek declares an enduring transformation: you are now priest and king in one, a being whose nature is forever holy and separate from the old self. This is not future-hope; it is the present acknowledgment of your I AM sovereignty.
Practice This Now
Assume the state now: I AM the Lord seated at the right hand of my consciousness. Revise every fear as an inner enemy you rule, and feel the priestly power flowing through you as real.
