Scripture Focus

14He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;
15And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man's heart.
Psalms 104:14-15

Biblical Context

Psalm 104:14-15 presents God as the source of earthly provision—grass for cattle, herbs for man, wine, oil, and bread that nourish body and heart.

Neville's Inner Vision

Psalm 104:14-15 is the inner law wearing outer form. The I AM within—God in you—causes grass to grow for the cattle, herbs for man, wine to gladden the heart, oil to make the face shine, and bread to strengthen the heart. These are not separate favors of fortune, but the natural movement of consciousness when it rests in sufficiency. When you imagine the earth yielding food, you are not petitioning a distant deity; you are disciplining your own attention to the sense of abundance. The verse invites you to trust that provision follows your inner state. If you dwell in gratitude, joy, and clear expectancy, you will see food, drink, vitality, and beauty appear as a living demonstration of your inner order. The outer world becomes a mirror of your inner I AM: provision, joy, and strength flowing freely because you have assumed the reality of fullness. The practice is simple: observe your present need, then assume the I AM already satisfies it, and feel the heart uplift as if the bread were already eaten and the day already bright.

Practice This Now

Imaginative_act: Assume the I AM within has already provided the nourishment you seek; feel the glad heart, the face shining, and the body strengthened as present reality.
