Biblical Context

Psalm 103:3 asserts that God forgives all iniquities and heals all diseases.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within the I AM—the one living awareness in you—the verse declares a present reality, not a distant wish. Forgiveness and healing are states of consciousness: you shift your attention from guilt to the truth that you are already loved, clean, and whole. When you assume that all iniquities are forgiven, you discharge the sense of separation; when you assume healing, you release the belief that disease rules your body. The 'all' is not about external mercy but about your inner alignment with your divine nature. As you dwell in that awareness, the body's symptoms loosen, energy returns, and time dissolves into an untroubled now. Do not seek forgiveness as if outside you; recognize you are the I AM, and forgiveness is the very atmosphere you breathe. In this light, redemption unfolds as recurrent, not occasional, restoration—each moment a fresh impression of grace on your being. This is the gospel of your consciousness: what you envision inwardly becomes outwardly evident, because the power to forgive and to heal resides in the same I AM you are.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Sit quietly, repeat I am forgiven and I am well now until you feel its truth as present reality. Let the I AM flow through your body and carry you into a state of grace.
