Proverbs 9:1-3

Biblical Context

Wisdom has built her house with seven pillars, prepared nourishment, and sent out heralds to call all to her table.

Neville's Inner Vision

Think of Wisdom as the I AM within you, building an inner house you can enter by turning your attention aright. The seven pillars are seven steadfast states of consciousness—faith, discernment, gratitude, imagination, stillness, love, and courage—that uphold every choice and action. She has slain her beasts, mingled her wine, and furnished the table, not as external ritual, but as inner nourishment prepared for your use in daily life. The maidens she sends forth are your inspired thoughts, calling you to the highest places of the city—those elevated rooms of awareness where fear dissolves and insight shines. The cry from the city walls is the proof that this feast is real within you, available now to be taken into daily decisions. When you assume this vision and feel it as your own, you revise lack by inhabiting the feast in present sense. Let the I AM lead you to act from unity, abundance, and discernment, and watch your outer world echo the inner banquet you have freely prepared.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume you are hosting Wisdom’s feast in your inner house; feel the seven pillars supporting every choice. Repeat, 'I am the wisdom I seek,' until the feeling is real.
