Proverbs 8:5-6

Biblical Context

Proverbs 8:5-6 invites you to understand wisdom and cultivate an understanding heart; listen, for wisdom will speak of excellent and right things.

Neville's Inner Vision

Proverbs 8:5-6 is not about an external teacher; it is the awakening of your inner sense of self. The simple and the fools are not people but states of consciousness within you. When you acknowledge the I AM as your dwelling, wisdom rises as discernment, and the inner voice becomes your guide. The line Hear; for I will speak of excellent things is the assurance that your inner speech will align with right, noble thoughts. As you dwell in the recognition that you are the expression of the I AM, the opening of your lips becomes the speaking forth of truth, not of fear or lack. You must assume the truth that you already possess this wisdom; see yourself already filled with right understanding, and let your world shift to reflect that state. The verse invites you to enter a kingdom of righteousness and faithful perception that governs the outer by the inner. When you hold this inner state, you will see events bend to the coherence of your clarified consciousness.

Practice This Now

Practice: Sit in quiet and declare I AM wisdom within me now; feel the certainty as fact; revise fearful thoughts into excellent statements arising from inner truth. Listen for the inner voice and let the right speech form in your mind before you speak.
