Biblical Context

Proverbs 4:11-12 promises that wisdom has taught and guided you along right paths. When you step in harmony with that inner guidance, your movements are secure and you do not stumble.

Neville's Inner Vision

From this lens, the proverb is a reminder that the I AM within is the true teacher. I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths. This is not a distant deity but a present realization: wisdom is a living principle within your consciousness guiding every step. When you goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; and when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble. As you dwell in the awareness that you are the I AM, the right path becomes a pattern of thought aligned with your true nature rather than external rules. Providence and presence become your psychological environment; fear dissolves as you recognize guidance is your own interior state. Each movement becomes a declaration of wholeness. You revise any sense of limitation by assuming the feeling of the finished journey, and your world reorganizes to fit that assumption. The verse invites you to trust your inner teacher and to move forward with confidence, knowing your next step is already contained in the awareness you inhabit.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Sit quietly, breathe, and assume I am guided now. Visualize walking a straight path, each step clear and sure, and feel the certainty of right direction.
