Biblical Context
Trust the heart fully and do not lean on surface understanding. In all your ways acknowledge the Presence within, and it will direct your paths.
Neville's Inner Vision
To the inner man, the LORD is not a distant controller but the I AM present as your discernment. Trust with all your heart means align every thought with the sense of being guided by your deeper consciousness. Lean not unto thine own understanding means quiet the chatter of the rational mind and listen for the still inner directive that arises when you stop pretending to know. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths—affirm that your every step is already seen and directed by the Presence within. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil—humility before the inner teacher dissolves fear and releases energy from self-will into obedient trust. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones—when you dwell in this unity, your body reflects the health of your consciousness, vitality returning as you surrender to the inner direction. Imaginatively, practice by assuming you are already guided. Say I am directed by the I AM within me, and feel the relief as the next step becomes clear.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Assume you are already guided by the inner I AM; revise a troubling plan by affirming I am directed by the I AM within me, and feel the ease as your next step becomes clear.
