The I Am Behind Evil Plans

Proverbs 24:8 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Proverbs 24 in context

Scripture Focus

8He that deviseth to do evil shall be called a mischievous person.
Proverbs 24:8

Biblical Context

Proverbs 24:8 names the act of plotting evil as a label, calling the plotter mischievous.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, to plot evil is to forget that you are the I AM, the assumption from which all events arise. Evil here is a misread image of separation, a fear produced by a mind that forgets its unity with good. The label mischievous operates like a moral tag that others place on your thoughts, but the transformation of the self is simple: return to the consciousness that creates. Do not chase the external name, but revise the premise. Assume the state of the I AM, which sees all acts as expressions of unity and justice. When a plan to harm flickers, do not condemn yourself; instead, imagine the opposite as already true: you are the agent of harmony, justice, and healing. Feel the reality of that state as the you to whom every scene yields what you have imagined. In that feel-it-real sense, the evil plot dissolves and wisdom grows, guiding you to forms that blessing all.

Practice This Now

Assume, moment by moment, the I AM state and revise any harmful intent by declaring: 'I am the I AM; every plan I form serves justice and harmony.' Then, in a brief visualization, see the outcome as already true, feel the calm assurance in your chest.
