The remedy is to return to the truth that you are awareness, not the thought, and to re-embody the feeling of harmlessness and integrity. By assuming this higher state, you dissolve the impulse to scheme and to malign. The lips will follow the inner alignment; when the heart rests in purity and truth, speech becomes honest, uplifting, and faithful. Remember: your world is a projection of your inner state; change the state, and the events—spoken words and actions—change accordingly.
