Scripture Focus

27If thou hast nothing to pay, why should he take away thy bed from under thee?
Proverbs 22:27

Biblical Context

Proverbs 22:27 warns that if you have nothing to pay, you should not expose yourself to losses that would remove your essential shelter.

Neville's Inner Vision

Listen to the inner teacher: when you believe you have nothing to pay, you are free from the creditor's claim to the degree you awaken to your I AM presence. The bed under you is not a piece of furniture but a symbol of the shelter you carry in consciousness. A fear of debt tightens the chest and makes you tremble before imagined losses. Yet imagination is your instrument; by assuming a different inner state you rewrite the terms of your reality. Do not seek security in coins or agreements outside; instead refuse to identify with lack. Assume you already settled every account, and notice that your bed remains beneath you as you rest in a certainty that you are supported by the inner light of your I AM. In that dwelling place, the sense of being owed nothing dissolves the fear of loss, and outward conditions align with the revised feeling of safety.

Practice This Now

Imaginative_act: Close your eyes, declare that you have paid in full, and feel the bed under you as secure; dwell in the feeling of inner sufficiency until it becomes your dominant sense.
