The 'wheel' is the instrument of order your imagination wields: turn it until the restless thoughts and resentments are rolled away, leaving a landscape of truth, purpose, and right action. As you dwell in that kingly state, you observe outer events bending to your inner alignment—justice manifests, not by punishment of others, but by the seamless obedience of your human story to the law of your I AM. The inner judgment is gentle, precise, and final because it is the judgment of consciousness itself, immediately felt and now established.
