A person of understanding keeps an excellent spirit as his attention rests in the inner state rather than in outward reaction. Speech becomes a tool of creation: silence can shield you, measured words seed a favorable atmosphere, and grace follows the sitter in the mindset. The grace you seek is born from inner alignment with the law that your outer life is a picture of your inner consciousness. If you are tempted to speak from habit or ego, revise in your mind: I choose to speak only to bless and to clarify, and feel that truth as present reality. Observe how others respond when your inner posture of certainty animates your voice, timing, and tone into an instrument of discernment and mercy.
