Proverbs 12:28 says that the way of righteousness leads to life, and on that path there is no death.
Neville's Inner Vision
To Neville, the 'way' in Proverbs becomes a state of consciousness you inhabit. The path is not a road outside you but an inner alignment where the I AM rules as your awareness. When you choose righteousness, you choose integrity, discernment, and steadfast faith; you stop feeding fear and doubt. In that order of mind, life becomes an ongoing sense of aliveness, clarity, and presence. Death is the false impression of separation, lack, or negation; as you persist in the recognition that you are defined by the I AM, the sense of death dissolves. The verse invites constant inner practice: identify what contradicts your chosen truth, return to your core I AM, and refuse to concede life to fear. The fruit is immediate in your inner weather and in your outer world: vitality, wisdom, and a future that no longer carries the sting of finality, because it rests on an eternal premise within you.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and walk a bright inner path marked 'Righteous Life'. Feel the I AM present, and assume you are already living this life—let the feeling of life be real now.
