Philippians 3:20

Biblical Context

Our life is governed from heaven. Our conduct and hope are rooted in an inner state rather than outward surroundings.

Neville's Inner Vision

Philippians 3:20 whispers that our real life is not measured by outward addresses but by the state of consciousness we inhabit. Our conversation, our manner of life, is in heaven—the one place where the I AM lives and moves. From that inner city, the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, becomes not a distant event but the steady act of your awareness. To look for Him “from whence” means to cease seeking in the external and to realize that the solution and the healer are already present as your own consciousness. The Christ within is your inner government, your permanent possibility, your unshakable now. When you entertain even the faintest image of lack, you are rehearsing a heaven-less scene; when you close your eyes and dwell in the feeling of the fulfilled state, you baptize your world in that truth. So assume you are already the citizen of that heaven; revise every sense of separation; feel the Savior there, in you, guiding every decision. The outward will follow the inward order, instantly reflecting your chosen state.

Practice This Now

Assume the inner reality: 'I am a citizen of heaven now.' In a quiet moment, feel the Savior within govern your sensations and decisions.
