Scripture Focus

2Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.

Philippians 3:2-3

Biblical Context

Paul warns against reliance on external rites and fleshly credentials. He declares that true worship belongs to the circumcision of the heart—worshiping God in the Spirit and rejoicing in Christ Jesus.

Neville's Inner Vision

Paul's warning invites you to see 'dogs' and 'evil workers' as inner habits of thinking, not distant enemies. The true circumcision is a state of consciousness—the inner reality that worships God in spirit and rejoices in Christ Jesus, not by the flesh's credentials. The invitation is to shift identity from a self built by works to the I AM that is always present as your awareness. In that awareness, there is no room for confidence in the flesh, for the flesh is mutable and empty; confidence rests in the steadfast I AM that you are. As you dwell in this spiritual center, your choices align with God-worship automatically; you are freed from external measures and rejoice in your realized nature. The verse does not deny material life; it denies the power of the old self to define you. Practice living from the Spirit, and watch the outer world reflect the inner truth you already are.

Practice This Now

Imaginative_act: Close your eyes, declare, 'I am the circumcision, worshiping in spirit,' and feel the I AM as your immediate reality. Then revise any belief in flesh-based identity until your inner awareness and outer life reflect this spiritual truth.
