Here the Lord speaks not to distant rulers, but to the inner governor of your consciousness. Moses and Aaron stand for the two active powers within you—seeing and doing, willingness and action. When the text says the Lord spake, it is your own awareness declaring a command to be—the I AM which you are, right now speaking into your life. The command comes not as a history lesson but as a shift of state: a decision to embody a particular possibility, to align feeling, assumption, and image with that possibility until it becomes your lived fact. In Neville's vocabulary, the verse invites you to listen to the inner voice that governs your assumptions; to grant it authority over every stray fear or doubt; and to revise your inner dialogue until it responds to the divine directive. The moment you accept the Lord's word as your own conviction, you awaken the power to move facts within your world. The inner Moses and Aaron are not outside you; they are your own faculties of perception and action, cohering under one will.
