52And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

53Unto these the land shall be divided for an inheritance according to the number of names.

54To many thou shalt give the more inheritance, and to few thou shalt give the less inheritance: to every one shall his inheritance be given according to those that were numbered of him.

55Notwithstanding the land shall be divided by lot: according to the names of the tribes of their fathers they shall inherit.

56According to the lot shall the possession thereof be divided between many and few.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within you the land is a field of consciousness, and the names are the distinct states of awareness you acknowledge. When you permit many names—peace, courage, clarity, love—to stand in your mind, you claim a larger inheritance of life; when you cling to only a few, you shrink your portion. The lot is not random but the orderly movement of imagination under the I AM you know as God, the awareness that governs your inner division. This verse invites you to revise your inner census: increase the number of recognized states and feel their reality as the property you possess. Trust that the distribution of your inner inheritance follows your faithful recognition, and allow the unknown (the lot) to complete the measure. By aligning your inner numbers with your desire, you enlarge your land without struggle, for imagination creates reality when you feel it real.

Close your eyes, name three to five inner states you wish to claim (peace, health, purpose, confidence). Then revise your sense of possession by mentally increasing their number and feeling them as already given.
