Benjamin’s line is shown by his family groups, ending with a counted total of 45,600. The passage simply enumerates the structure of his clan.
Neville's Inner Vision
On the inner screen, the sons of Benjamin become the quiet arrangements of my own consciousness. The families are not distant genealogies but inner dispositions—Bela, Ashbel, Ahiram, Shupham, Hupham—each a way I have built myself to meet the day. When I notice the numbers, I am reminded that order in consciousness is not constraint but harmony: when each habit, memory, feeling, and impulse is named and allowed to stand in its place, the whole self becomes a single tribe. The I AM, which is God, is not outside me counting units; it is the awareness that counts and unifies every fragment of experience. The forty-five thousand six hundred signals fullness, completion, and balanced presence. To enter this awareness, I do not chase external circumstances but revise the inner state: I am not a collection of separate traits but the one who numbers and accepts them as one. By seeing the internal line as already present, I align myself with a stable, harmonious community inside, where every part supports the whole.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, revise your sense of self and assume the Benjamin line is present now as your I AM; feel the unity of all inner dispositions becoming one. If doubt arises, repeat I am the line, I am the unity, I am the I AM.
