Inner Purity Through the Red Heifer
Numbers 19:2 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
This verse commands a red heifer without blemish and never yoked, for the ceremonial law of purification. It sets the rule for holiness through a physical sign.
Neville's Inner Vision
Notice that this ordinance fixes the outer sign to awaken an inner sense. In Neville's terms, purity is not a thing to be found in a distant ritual but a state of consciousness you assume and dwell in. The red heifer, spotless and yokeless, becomes a vivid image of your I AM, the unblemished awareness that has never worn the weight of past yokes. By calling forth this image, you declare, I am the pure consciousness through which all purification flows. The yoke never came upon it because it is not bound to earlier beliefs; it stands as a vessel prepared for the next movement of God within you. When you treat this symbol as a memory of your true state, you are not performing a rite; you are shifting your inner disposition. The law points to the inner law: imagination createth reality. Practicing this, you do not seek purity as a future event but invite the feeling of being already spotless, and the world follows from that inner condition.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the feeling of pure I AM, unblemished and unyoked. Let the image of the red heifer stand in your inner temple and feel purification flowing through you as a present reality.
