Entering the Inner Promised Land
Numbers 14:7-9 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verse presents the land as good and invites trust that the LORD will bring them in; fear is discouraged because the LORD is with them.
Neville's Inner Vision
Consider the march from fear to faith as a movement inside your own consciousness. The land is not a geographical place but a state of consciousness you move into when you sense the LORD delights in you. If you awaken to the truth that the I AM is with you, you are carried into a land where abundance flows. The people of the land, once thought as formidable occupants, are simply old patterns and limiting thoughts you eat rather than resist; they are bread for you in the sense that you take their energy and transform it into nourishment for your new self. Their defense is departed when you acknowledge the presence of God within; absence of defense is the disappearance of fear. The command is to rebel not, which in inner terms means to refuse the old thought-systems and remain in the assuredness that the LORD is with you now. Your journey into the land is accomplished by a steady assumption of the desired state, until your feelings align with it; once alignment is complete, the outward scene follows suit.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Assume the state now that I AM delights in me and that I enter the land; feel courage and abundance rising as real.
