Home Of The I AM Within
Matthew 8:20 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Biblical Context
Jesus notes that even wild creatures have places to rest, but the Son of Man has no fixed dwelling. This points to a deeper truth: your true home is not in external security but in the inner kingdom of consciousness.
Neville's Inner Vision
That remark is not about geography but about your state of awareness. The home the world seeks is the roof over the head; the Master operates from the I AM, a consciousness that is not bound to place. When you see that foxes have holes and birds nests because space is provisional, you awaken to the fact that you are not tied to any external condition. The Son of Man represents your real self, the I AM, which never leaves its throne. In this state, lack of physical shelter becomes a signpost: you can dwell anywhere because you dwell in God. Your awareness can be mobile, yet your feeling of home remains unshaken because it is inside, not outside. As you align with this inner reality, you begin to see conditions arrange themselves to reflect your inner state. The kingdom is the inner atmosphere you consistently inhabit, regardless of street, roof, or circumstance.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Sit quietly, close your eyes, and assume the I AM presence as your only address; feel you are already at home within God, and let outer conditions reflect this inner state.
