Always With You: Inner Presence

Matthew 28:20 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Matthew 28 in context

Scripture Focus

20Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Matthew 28:20

Biblical Context

Jesus commissions the disciples to teach all He commanded and promises His constant presence with them to the end of the age.

Neville's Inner Vision

Notice how the surface command to teach all that I have commanded rests on an inner certainty rather than a distant task. In Neville’s symbol, the world you call ‘out there’ is simply the content of the state you are now assuming. The commission to make disciples is the invitation to become the living demonstration of the frequency you wish others to observe. When I rest in the I AM, the line Lo, I am with you always becomes a present, felt truth, not a future promise. The “end of the world” dissolves into an endless horizon of awareness: there is no separation between the one who teaches and the One who teaches through me. I am the teacher by simply embodying the truth I seek to impart. The presence is not a distant visitor but the luminescent center of my own consciousness. As I keep my attention upon that inner witness, obedience becomes natural alignment with the divine flow, and every action, every word, is already a witness to the eternal companionship that is always here.

Practice This Now

For five minutes, close your eyes and assume the role of the teacher within; revise any sense of separation by silently declaring, 'I am always with you,' and feel that presence as a living reality in your chest.
