Scripture Focus

28Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.

Matthew 25:28-29

Biblical Context

Matthew 25:28-29 reframes wealth as inner capacity; care for and use your inner gifts, for willful neglect diminishes what you hold, while active cultivation increases it.

Neville's Inner Vision

Jesus’ parable speaks to a psychological economy: the 'talent' is a state of consciousness you are stewarding. To have is not merely possession but pattern of belief and perception. The one who 'hath' is the mind already confident in its right use of imagination; abundance comes by investing your inner gifts in line with your deepest intention. The decree that what is given to the one with ten increases is your own law: attention and feeling grow in proportion to the use you make of them. If you feel you have little, you are living from the 'hath not'—and so you lose even that small measure. The remedy is a revision of how you identify yourself: declare I AM wealthy in possibility; assume that your inner wealth is multiplying as you imagine and feel it real. No external event controls this; your awareness creates the condition. When you see yourself as the steward of your inner talents, you consciously co-create a life of abundance through disciplined, loving use of the imagination.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the feeling, I AM abundantly provided. Visualize that one talent multiplying within your inner landscape, and rest in the sense that your awareness now carries and expands it.
