Door To Knowing
Matthew 25:12 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Biblical Context
Verse states the Lord declares, I know you not; true recognition comes from the inner state of consciousness, not external certainty.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within the inner theater of consciousness, 'I know you not' speaks not of a judgment on another power, but of the state you wear as your own. The virgins symbolize rival inner dispositions: one carries the oil of constant awareness; the other proceeds on memory and outward claim. When the Master reveals himself to fullness—the I AM present as you—your old identity is left behind and the door of the inner room seems to shut to the former you. Neville would say: the Lord is never distant; recognition occurs when you cease defining yourself by lack and by appearances and instead assume the reality of your God-given presence. The moment you know yourself as I AM, you are known by the one you truly are. The "knowing" is not a future grade but a present state you choose and sustain. The door is never closed to the living awareness that you embody; you simply wake into it by dwelling in the assumption that you are the Lord of your life now.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Sit quietly, place a hand on your heart, and declare in present tense: 'I AM the Lord of my life now.' Feel the inner recognition bloom as you dwell in this state for five minutes, letting every thought recede into the knowing that you are already known by your I AM.
