Read Matthew 14 in context

Scripture Focus

33Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.
Matthew 14:33

Biblical Context

In Matthew 14:33, the disciples in the boat worship Jesus and declare that he is the Son of God. This moment signals an inner recognition of the divine presence.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, the ship is your state of consciousness, and the one who walks on the sea is the calm presence of the I AM within you. When they worship, 'Of a truth thou art the Son of God,' the act is not belief in an external figure but the inner recognition that the Christ, the Son of God, dwells as your very awareness. Jesus here is the symbolic figure of your realized self, not an historical man apart from you; his coming through the inner voice is the proof that God is present as you. The scene invites you to abandon reliance on outer signs and to claim the truth that your consciousness creates your experience. If there is fear or lack, revise the story in imagination until the I AM feels safe, loved, and complete. By dwelling in that inner worship—feeling as if you are the Son of God now—you align with the Father and cause the waves of limitation to settle. The recognition completes the circle: you are God in expression; the Son within awakens you to unity with the Source.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and mount the ship of your mind; declare 'I am the Son of God' in the present tense, feel the awareness saturate your being, then rest in that certainty.
