Read Matthew 12 in context

Scripture Focus

15But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all;
16And charged them that they should not make him known:
Matthew 12:15-16

Biblical Context

Jesus withdraws from the crowd, yet heals them all, and then instructs them not to reveal him publicly.

Neville's Inner Vision

Let the scene be read as a play of consciousness. The great multitude is the restless surface of your life, the thoughts and feelings that crowd your awareness. When Jesus withdraws, he is not fleeing from trouble but withdrawing attention from the outward drama to the inward presence you truly are. The healing he performs is not in spectacular signs but in the restoration of awareness—the I AM that remains untouched by outer claims. The charge to not make him known is a call to keep the healing within, to let the state of wholeness be your quiet reality rather than a public show. If you imitate that inward withdrawal and rest in the awareness of your divine nature, you will discover healing flowing through you and touching others without need for applause. This is the presence of God in action: mercy, restoration, and the calm power of consciousness identifying with its own health.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the feeling of being already healed. Dwell in the inner I AM for a few minutes and feel the body renewing itself as fact.
