Biblical Context
Jesus teaches that outer threats cannot touch the soul; the greater fear is losing touch with the Father. You are of value to God, cared for in every detail.
Neville's Inner Vision
Fear, in this view, is a mis-tuning of your consciousness. To fear those who kill the body is to mistake the body for the reality you call 'self.' The real threat would be to ignore the sovereign presence of God within and as you—the I AM that numbers every hair and sustains every moment. The Father who gives sparrows their ground and feeds them is the same reality now awake in you. When you can acknowledge that your life is not at the mercy of chance but under divine law, you rewrite the inner weather. Your state of consciousness creates protection, care, and even apparent accidents as expressions of inner alignment. See that your value is not determined by outward threats; it is grounded in the unassailable fact of divine presence. As you rest in this awareness, fear loosens its grip, and you naturally move in harmony with providence. The inner drama shifts from danger to partnership with the all-seeing eye that loves you.
Practice This Now
Assume you are already held by the Father. Silently revise: 'I am of value and secure, guarded by the I AM,' and feel the sensation of being carried in divine care for a moment.
