Inner Son Of God Revelation
Mark 15:39 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The centurion, standing near Jesus, witnesses the death and declares that Jesus is the Son of God. This external event points to an inner truth: faith can awaken the awareness of one's own God within.
Neville's Inner Vision
Picture the centurion as a state of consciousness standing opposite the crucifixion of old beliefs. When he sees Jesus cry out and die, the internal observer recognizes its own event: the 'man' on the cross is the old self. The centurion’s voice becomes your inner declaration: 'Truly this man is the Son of God' because the perception has ripened into faith. The Son of God is the inner recognition that you are the I AM, the living God within; this is not a history lesson but an awakening in the present. The crucifixion of the old self clears space for a divine declaration to be spoken within you. Do not seek this as an external event; regard it as a revolution of consciousness. Your belief is in your immediate awareness, and through imagination you revive the truth: you are the Son of God, now.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Assume the role of the centurion in your inner theater and declare, 'Truly I am the Son of God.' Then feel your inner God-identity as present now, and carry that feeling through the day.
