Biblical Context

The verse speaks of a foretold messenger who precedes and prepares the way. It signals an inner cadence of readiness.

Neville's Inner Vision

To the one who dwells within, this line is about your own I AM sending a messenger of awareness before you step into a new chapter. The prophets foretold a guide who announces your arrival to your own conscious face; in your mind the messenger is the clear thought, the steady sense of presence that opens a path you could not see before. When you consent that the messenger has preceded you, you are not waiting for external events; you are inviting the inner state that makes events possible. The messenger is not a person outside, but a shift in your attention—the act of assuming that you are already where you desire to be, already whole, already listened to by the I AM. As you dwell in that assumption, the way before you becomes present in consciousness, and the outer world follows your turn of mind. Remember that God is not distant but the I AM within, and imagination creates reality by the calm, persistent feeling of the state you seek. Your task is to align with that sent messenger here and now, and allow the path to rise to meet you.

Practice This Now

Assume you are already guided by an inner messenger. In a quiet moment, revise any sense of delay and feel the path as prepared within your consciousness.
