Inner Storehouse Abundance
Malachi 3:10-11 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Malachi 3 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Malachi invites faithful giving so there is nourishment in the house of the Lord; when done, a flow of abundance is opened and prosperity is protected from decay.
Neville's Inner Vision
Here, the storehouse is your own consciousness. The tithe is not a fee but a state of faith you willingly invest in the I AM that you are. When you 'prove me herewith,' you are invited to experiment with a shift in feeling: give a portion of your mental attention, your time, your belief in scarcity, and watch as the inner atmosphere changes. The open windows of heaven are inner spaciousness, a widening perception of supply as you dwell in the truth that you are the I AM experiencing. The devourer is the fear and doubt that erode vitality; by standing in the conviction that your fruits cannot be destroyed, you rebuke him with awareness. The fruit not cast before its time becomes a symbol of consistent inner care—steady soil yields steady harvest. The promise is not commodities apart from you but a transformation of your inner weather; the more you give with consciousness, the more life flows back into your field, not merely as wealth but as the felt sense of sufficiency.
Practice This Now
Practice: Sit quietly and declare, 'I tithe a portion of my consciousness to the storehouse of the I AM,' then feel the windows of heaven opening as prosperity flows and the devourer is rebuked. Let the feeling of fullness rise as if you already possess the harvest.
