Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
A messenger seeks Jesus to heal a servant, and the elders declare him worthy; Jesus is moved by the petition.
Neville's Inner Vision
Luke 7:3-4 presents a scene where outer voices petition an inner power. In Neville’s voice, the elders and crowd are inner authorities—the parts of mind that declare who is worthy. Jesus represents the I AM, the living awareness that can act the moment a state is ready. The servant signifies a part of you in need of healing—perhaps a dream, memory, or desire left unattended. The declaration 'he is worthy' is not about social rank but a sign that your inner state has become receptive. When you allow these inner authorities to align with the I AM, you invite the miracle. Healing occurs as you realize your state of consciousness is already whole; imagination creates reality when directed by faith. The healing you seek is an inward rearrangement that shifts perception, so the external scene reflects the new state you have assumed. By none of this is the wish imposed on God; rather, the I AM proves you were always healing, always worthy, and always able to call forth the miraculous through concerted inner conviction.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the healing is already done. Visualize the I AM entering your inner scene and the servant within you becoming whole.
