Neville's Inner Vision
Picture yourself in Luke’s doorway: the fever represents a contracted state of consciousness you have unconsciously agreed with. The mother-in-law’s crisis is your own sense of limitation until you wake to the I AM presence. When they ask for healing, the I AM rises in you and rebukes the fever—not with fear, but with a loving, decisive decree. The moment you affirm the one reality—the undivided consciousness that you are—fever drains away, and the body rises into its natural service. The miracle is not in some distant fix but in your inner alignment: you notice the condition, you reverse identification with it, and you rest in the truth that God is your I AM. In that instant, health returns, and activity follows—ministry, service, motion. The disciple in Luke rests in the awareness that mercy and compassion begin within and radiate outward, restoring whole life. Your inner scene becomes outward reality by the law of imagination: what you affirm with the I AM is what your experience yields.
Practice This Now
Practice: Close your eyes and affirm 'I AM health, here and now.' Visualize the fever leaving and the person rising to serve, feeling the relief as if it is your own.
