Luke 24:5

Biblical Context

Luke 24:5 presents a moment where the living are sought in the tombs of the dead. The message invites us to shift attention from external forms to the inner life that is always alive.

Neville's Inner Vision

Fearful women bowing to the earth remind us that most of us still look for life outside our own awareness. The angels ask, in effect, why seek the living among the dead—why look to outer circumstances for vitality when vitality is the I AM that you are. In Neville’s terms, the tomb is any old belief that life is produced by time, weather, or human events. The true resurrection happens when you realize that imagination creates reality, and that the living you long for is the consciousness that is already awake within. When you treat your daily experiences as symbols rather than commands, you reclaim authority: the I AM can revise any scene by turning it into a manifestation of inner life. The fear you feel is simply a habit of consciousness, and you can dissolve it by returning your attention to the living presence that never died. By dwelling in that inner life, you stop chasing after the dead and begin living from the living I AM.

Practice This Now

Assume the living I AM is already here within you; revise any outer lack by affirming 'I am the life within,' and feel it-real during ordinary tasks.
