Increase Our Inner Faith
Luke 17:5 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The apostles ask Jesus to increase their faith. The verse points to faith as an inner state rather than a mechanical quantity.
Neville's Inner Vision
To the apostles, the cry 'Increase our faith' is a flash of truth: faith is a state of consciousness you occupy, not a gift doled out from without. The I AM within you is the one who believes; when you sense lack, you simply revise your awareness until the feeling of blessing is already yours. Do not beg for more faith—become faith by dwelling in the sense of the wish fulfilled. Close your eyes, assume the state you desire as already real, and feel the stability of trust as your ongoing presence. Each revision of lack toward certainty is a step of inner ascent. The moment you rest in that inner conviction, the world you seek shimmers into being, because imagination is the causal power. The apostles' request is a map back to you: return to the I AM, and let your imagination plant the seed of the outcome, then dwell there until it is vividly alive.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and, in the space of a breath, assume you already possess unwavering faith in a situation you seek to transform. Feel it real for a few minutes, then resume your day.
