Biblical Context
In Luke 17:11-14, ten lepers seek mercy; Jesus tells them to go show themselves to the priests, and as they go they are cleansed.
Neville's Inner Vision
Here the crowd of lepers are not distant bodies but distant states of consciousness separated by fear and lack. When Jesus speaks, 'Go show yourselves to the priests,' it is not a command to an external rite, but a word that implies the end you desire already exists in the I AM you are. The act of going is the inner movement, the decision to act from the end you wish to experience. As they move, their belief shifts; the cleansing is the inner result of alignment, not exertion. The ten were healed in the moment of embracing the truth that they are already included in mercy. The priests symbolize the authority of your own inner order—the part that recognizes restoration when you move in faith. The key is the shift from plea to acceptance, from lack to sufficiency, from hope to certainty. The scene invites you to practice: see yourself as already healed, walk forward in that consciousness, and the outward sign follows as your inner state becomes your outer world.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Close your eyes and declare, 'I am the one healed now.' Silently walk through a familiar scene as if you are the healed version of yourself and notice how your inner certainty shifts your day.
