Prophetic Vision Now

Luke 10:24 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Luke 10 in context

Scripture Focus

24For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
Luke 10:24

Biblical Context

The verse says many prophets and kings longed to see and hear what you now see and hear. It points to a present revelation available to you in your inner awareness.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, Luke 10:24 is a mirror held up to your own consciousness. The prophets and kings who longed for the light you now enjoy did not inhabit your outer scene; they longed for the awareness that is already yours in I AM. The disciples hear and see these things because they are inside the kingdom of God, not distant events. Your present seeing and hearing are not trophies earned by time but realities summoned by your inner assumption. When you dwell in the feeling that I AM is the life you are, you awaken the very state those ancient speakers desired. The show of wonders in your daily life is the realized image of your imagination; you, not history, are the recorder of prophecy. Practice realizing that the presence of God is with you now, that the truth of Christ is your inner condition, and that the kingdom is your present home.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume you are already seeing and hearing these things. Revise any sense of lack into fullness and feel it real as the I AM that lives in you.
