Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Jesus tells the disciples that their seeing and hearing of the kingdom are a blessing. He notes that many prophets and kings longed to witness and hear what they now experience.
Neville's Inner Vision
Observe that the blessing is not for their eyes alone but for their state of consciousness. When Jesus turns privately to the disciples, he shows that what they see is first a feeling and a thought made real—an inner movement of imagination. The 'things' are inner realities: conditions of awareness that arise when the I AM chooses to dwell there. Prophets and kings longed to behold such inner realities and to hear such inner whispers, yet they remained outside because they had not allowed themselves to assume the consciousness that births them. In this moment, the kingdom is not distant; it is the atmosphere within the I AM that, when cared for, recognizes its own manifestations as real. You, reader, are invited to inhabit the same posture: you can see and hear because you align with the consciousness that births sight and sound. The seeing is faith-informed knowing; the hearing is the inner confirmation that your life is an in-dwelling revelation of God. Blessing comes to him who awakens to the truth that the kingdom is within and present now in your awareness.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume: I am within the I AM; I now see the Kingdom's things. Imagine a soft inner light filling a scene and feel the reality as if it is already mine, then carry that feeling into the next few minutes.
