Kingdom Near You, Inner Vision

Luke 10:11 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Luke 10 in context

Scripture Focus

11Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
Luke 10:11

Biblical Context

The verse says the dust of a city can be wiped away, and yet the kingdom of God has come near to you.

Neville's Inner Vision

Luke 10:11 invites us to see that the dust clinging to your outward world is not the substance of your life. It is the habitual belief that life lives outside your I AM. Wiping that dust clean is an act of consciousness—an inner revision that your state here and now is presence, not lack. The kingdom of God coming near is not a distant event but the recognition that the divine within you is at hand in this moment. When you assume that the kingdom is near, you awaken to the awareness that you are the living vessel of the I AM, and your inner state becomes the measure of your world. Thoughts and feelings align with wholeness, and the outer appearances reflect your inward conviction. This is the practice of witness and faithfulness: you dwell in the truth that you are already within the kingdom by virtue of your consciousness, and your life follows the alignment you choose.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes. Imagine wiping the dust from your inner city and declare, 'The kingdom of God is near me now,' then feel that truth as a present sensation in your chest or gut.
