The Inner Peace Offering

Leviticus 3:6-7 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Leviticus 3 in context

Scripture Focus

6And if his offering for a sacrifice of peace offering unto the LORD be of the flock; male or female, he shall offer it without blemish.
7If he offer a lamb for his offering, then shall he offer it before the LORD.
Leviticus 3:6-7

Biblical Context

The passage describes a peace offering from the flock that must be without blemish, and, if a lamb is offered, it is presented before the LORD.

Neville's Inner Vision

Think of the peace offering as a state of consciousness you present to the I AM within. The flock represents ordinary thoughts, and 'without blemish' means you insist on perceiving yourself as completely clean of guilt and fear. When you 'offer a lamb,' you choose a purified signal of inner life and place it before the LORD—your own divine consciousness. The ritual is psychological: the act of assuming and maintaining this spotless state until it becomes your habitual awareness. The words 'before the LORD' invite you to hold this state in the very presence of God within, dissolving the illusion of separation. In truth, the offering is your decision to live in harmony here and now, and the I AM answers by remolding your experience to reflect that peace. Trust the inner act; imagination creates reality, and you are the one who offers and becomes the peace you offer.

Practice This Now

Assume the mood: 'I am peace offered to God now.' Revise any sense of deficiency by declaring, 'I am already whole, without blemish,' and feel that this state stands before the I AM as your daily reality.
