The rite is a teaching in consciousness rather than a ledger of money. The rod represents the steady hand of awareness over your inner field; whatever passes under it, particularly a tenth part, is set apart as holy to the I AM. This is not service to some external deity, but a declaration of sovereignty within your own mind: a portion of your inner wealth consecrated to divine use. By performing this tithe in your imagination, you create order and reverence in your life, and you invite the rest of your experience to circulate back as provision. The inner mechanism is simple: acknowledge a tenth of a thought, habit, or circumstance, declare it holy to the I AM, and permit it to be governed by inner law. When you hold this alignment, your imagination works to translate belief into reality, for imagination creates reality and holiness becomes the texture of your life.
